Raghda El-kady has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as the Section Head of Compensation and Benefits at Raya Trade since December 2014, where responsibilities include managing monthly payroll for five subsidiaries, overseeing compensation strategies, and mentoring the compensation and benefits team. Previous roles at Raya Trade include Human Resources Supervisor and Human Resources Specialist, where Raghda developed recruitment strategies, handled employee termination processes, and generated payroll reports. Raghda also has experience in graphic design from positions at EHAF Consulting Engineers and I-Solutions Agency, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Advertising from October 6 University.
