Thijs Walraven is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the maritime sector. Currently serving as Section Lead Engineering Offshore and Lead Project Engineer at Jumbo Maritime since July 2019, Thijs brings a proven track record from previous roles at Boskalis, where titles included Senior Project Engineer and Project Engineer from January 2013 to June 2019. Prior experience includes engineering positions at Smit International and a graduation role at Azure Naval Architects, complemented by internships at Ulstein Design AS and Rolls-Royce Marine Benelux. Thijs holds a Master of Science in Naval Architecture from Delft University of Technology and completed an MSc exchange program at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
