Paulina Maygania has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they worked as the Secretary of HIMSISFO BINUS University, where they provided administrative support and maintained communication between student organization president and participants. Paulina also held various roles in the Event Division and served as an interviewer for activist selection. In 2020, Paulina worked as a Research Assistant for the SEKARMAS Project, where they designed the logo, created marketing materials, and helped develop a social media application. In 2021, they served as a Junior UI/UX Designer at Apple Developer Academy in Indonesia. In 2022, they interned as a Quality Assurance Intern at Traveloka and later joined JULO as a QA Engineer.

Paulina Maygania studied at BINUS University from 2018 to 2022, majoring in Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended SMAN 2 Tangerang Selatan from 2015 to 2018, focusing on Science, although no degree was specified. In addition to their academic history, Paulina obtained additional certifications, including the Apple Developer Academy Program from Apple Developer Academy | Indonesia in December 2021, the SEKARMAS Smart Service Video Copyright from the Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia in October 2021, the English for Basic Course from Englishvit in September 2021, and an Outstanding Academic Performance award from BINUS University in May 2019.
