Aleksandra Smirnova has a diverse and extensive work experience in various marketing roles. Aleksandra began their career as a Marketing Executive at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where they worked until 2015. Aleksandra then joined Avon as a Junior Brand Manager and quickly progressed to become a Brand Manager. At Avon, they successfully implemented brand strategies, launched new products, and achieved strong sales growth. In 2016, they joined PepsiCo as a Brand Manager and later became a Senior International Brand Manager. During their time at PepsiCo, they led the repositioning of a brand, developed new communication platforms, drove innovation projects, and optimized media planning. Since 2020, they have been working at Julius Meinl International as a Regional Marketing Director. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing marketing activities in various regions, developing marketing strategies, driving growth in retail and e-commerce, and managing a team of professionals.
Aleksandra Smirnova obtained a Master of Science degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) between 2006 and 2012. Following this, they pursued a Diploma of Education in Marketing/Marketing Management, General, from the Higher School of Economics from 2012 to 2014.
