Mark Martinelli has a strong background in project management and civil service, currently serving as a Project Manager at Julius Berger International GmbH and as a civil servant with the American Red Cross since April 2008. Mark completed a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Services at Arizona State University from 2000 to 2004 and earned a Bachelor's degree in History from Hamilton High School, where studies were undertaken from 1996 to 2000.
