Niklaus Leuenberger has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Niklaus started their career at Credit Suisse in 2005, working as an Assistant Vice President before eventually being promoted to Vice President. In 2012, they joined Perpetual Limited as a Stream Lead in their Transformation Office. Since 2013, they have been working at Julius Baer, serving as the Head of Business Management for Markets.

Niklaus Leuenberger completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of St.Gallen. Niklaus pursued their studies at the university from 1996 to 2002.
