Eddy has also held roles as the National Marketing Director and an Entrepreneur at Juice Plus, where they utilized their network marketing expertise to help individuals build a successful Juice Plus franchise. Additionally, they were a part owner of Cork City FC and owned Nationwide Marketing Ltd, The Record Store, and Golden Food Products Ltd.
