Marcelo Triana has a diverse range of work experience. Marcelo started their career as an intern at Cartorama in 2008. In 2010, Marcelo had multiple roles, including being an intern at the Research Center at UEES, a software specialist at Urdemédico, and a software consultant at Eculinea. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a software developer at Eclipsoft. In 2012, they became the CEO of Stackovercode LLC. In 2016, Marcelo took on the role of Chief Technology Officer at Premonition Analytics. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Chief Technology Officer at Check Matrixx, where they worked until December 2020. Currently, Marcelo is an Integration Engineer at Juice Financial since March 2023.

Marcelo Triana has a diverse educational background in the field of information technology. In 1996 to 2000, they attended Colegio San José La Salle for their elementary education. From 2001 to 2009, they pursued their high school education at Centro de Estudios Espíritu Santo. In 2007, Marcelo obtained an Associate's degree in Information Technology from Tecnológico Universitario Espíritu Santo. Later, from 2009 to 2015, they attended Universidad Espíritu Santo to earn a Bachelor's degree in Development. In 2017 to 2018, Marcelo completed their education with a Master's degree in Network Security from Florida International University.

Additionally, Marcelo has obtained several certifications related to their field of study. Marcelo earned CCNA I and CCNA II certifications from Cisco in 2011 and 2012, respectively. Marcelo also holds the Cisco IT Essentials I certification, which they obtained in 2009. Marcelo has also received certifications from Microsoft, including Database Fundamentals MTA-98-364, Security Fundamentals MTA-98-367, and Software Development Fundamentals MTA-98-361.
