Gustavo Espíndola has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gustavo is currently a co-founder of Judini, a company they co-founded in 2023. Prior to this, they co-founded Paihuen SpA in 2016, where they focused on researching and developing natural skincare ingredients. In 2020, they joined BoxMagic as the Chief Operating Officer and later transitioned into a role in Digital Product Management. In 2019, Gustavo founded Común Work. Gustavo has also worked as an Agile Coach at Gobierno Digital Chile and ChileCompra. Earlier in their career, Gustavo held positions at Socialab.com, Nueve Design Studio, Lukkin, and Vizuri Ltda, where they specialized in business development, UI/UX design, and interface design. Overall, Gustavo Espíndola has a strong background in entrepreneurship, product management, and design.

Gustavo Espíndola attended Universidad de Playa Ancha from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Diseño Gráfico. Their field of study was Diseño. In addition to their formal education, Gustavo obtained a certification in Digital Product Management Modern Fundamentals from Coursera in October 2020.
