John O'Neill is an experienced professional in the field of behavior analysis and research with a strong background in applied behavioral science. Currently serving as the Director of Research at the Judge Rotenberg Center since September 2018, John oversees a behavioral research program and ensures the integrity of the scientific process. As the Founder of the Contextual Behavioral Science Institute, John leads an interdisciplinary initiative focused on police training and firearm safety. Previously, John contributed as a Behavioral Scientist at the Force Science Institute and held roles at the University of South Florida, managing research protocols in HIV/AIDS. John's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University and a Master's in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of South Florida.
