Stephen Green currently serves as President of Judge Direct Placement, a leading provider of management talent in various industries, where responsibilities include overseeing recruitment efforts and client relations. With extensive experience at The Judge Group since 1998, Stephen holds the role of Senior Executive Vice President, managing a team of over 60 recruiters across multiple offices. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of Judge Inc., Managing Director of Corporate Expansion, and Managing Director of Judge Executive Search. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, complemented by early studies at Montgomery County Community College.
