Devon Owen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They began their professional career in 2008 at Penderbrook Golf Club, where they held roles as Director of Golf Operations and later as General Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to Stonewall Golf Club as the Director of Golf. In 2018, they joined Penderbrook Golf Club again as the Director of Operations. Most recently, Devon Owen worked at The Judge Group, starting in 2019 as a Technical Recruiter and eventually taking on the role of Recruiting Lead in 2022. They have demonstrated expertise in operations management and recruiting, with a focus on aligning candidates' career goals with suitable opportunities.

Devon Owen has a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Old Dominion University.
