Ashley Kikly is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in IT and professional staffing. Currently serving as a Senior IT Recruiter at The Judge Group since September 2024, Ashley has previously held senior recruiting roles at Motion Recruitment and MATRIX Resources, where a specialized approach was utilized to fulfill various staffing needs for both small and large enterprises. Earlier career roles included recruiting manager and accounting recruiter at CapinCrouse LLP, where collaboration with hiring managers and educational institutions was emphasized.
