Sherlly Septiani has been a key member of Jublia since July 2015, holding roles as Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities include enhancing business matching structures for B2B conferences and events using Jublia's innovative technology. Prior to Jublia, Sherlly gained valuable experience in operations at Importer from January 2014 to May 2015, overseeing various aspects of mobile phone and accessories business operations, including inventory, accounting, and administration. Sherlly holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business Management from the University of Greenwich, completed through ERC Institute, which was awarded between 2011 and 2013.
