Ray Casarez is an experienced youth baseball coach and technology professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator for South Texas Mustangs Baseball and Texas Mustangs Baseball Club, Casarez focuses on player development and recruitment for high school athletes. Additional experience includes roles as a Desktop Support Technician at Jubilee Academies and Account Manager at Diamond Freight. Previously, Casarez has also worked in educational environments as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Antonian College Preparatory High School and Judson ISD. The professional background further includes ownership of a small business in graphic and web design, as well as a coordinator position at Frost & Sullivan. Casarez holds degrees in Secondary Education and History from Huston-Tillotson University, National Christian University, and Concordia University Texas.
