Pritesh Bhatia currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Jubilant Biosys Limited, where responsibilities include leading talent acquisition for the CRDMO sector on both Indian and global levels, focusing on new joiners induction, campus strategy, system adherence, and gender diversity, along with digitalization of HR operations and managing various HR projects. Prior to this role, Pritesh Bhatia was a Human Resources Manager at GSK for nearly a decade, where achievements included streamlining the recruitment process, overseeing HR operations and budgeting, conducting orientation and induction programs, and successfully implementing global HR projects, including systems like Workday and Ready to Recruit, while also serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition in Vietnam for a six-month period.
