Andreea Ionescu has over 15 years of experience in supply chain management, currently serving as NPD Support Manager at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) since September 2008. In this role, Andreea coordinates the Customer Service team to ensure efficient processing of production and shipping requests across a portfolio of over 50 markets, while demonstrating advanced skills in functional, technical, and people management. Previously, Andreea held various positions within JTI's Global Supply Chain, such as Export Projects and Customer Service Manager, Export Administration Associate, and Global Material Supply Associate, focusing on export activities, logistics coordination, and customer relationship management. Before joining JTI, Andreea worked as a Help Desk Representative at CGS, providing IT support. Educational qualifications include an Engineer Diploma in Economics and degrees from The Faculty of Engineering in Foreign Languages and Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunication and Informatics Technology.
