Helier joined JTC as part of the RBC cees acquisition in 2021.

As Group Director of JTC Employer Solutions, which forms part of the Institutional Client Services (ICS) division, Helier has responsibility for the strategic development and performance of the Employer Solutions range of services, including Share Trusts, Deferred Compensation and International Retirement & Savings Plans.

Prior to joining JTC, Helier was the Head of RBC cees in Jersey, and has previously held a range of senior roles at RBC across their Fiduciary services and Corporate & Institutional businesses.
