Tom Haxworth BSc MRICS is a seasoned professional in the commercial property sector, currently serving as Co-Founder of JT3 Interiors since September 2018. In this role, Tom specializes in design, build, fit-out, and refurbishment, focusing on delivering comprehensive solutions while emphasizing best practices in ESG and MEES2030-related matters. Prior to this, from April 2000 to September 2018, Tom operated as Director and Owner of Tangent Projects Ltd, where expertise was concentrated on refurbishment and fitting-out of commercial buildings, including projects in the education, health, and public sectors. Tom holds a BSc in Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University.
