Monzoor Ullah has extensive experience in various roles at JT Group Limited since November 2015, currently serving as an Agile Product Owner, with previous positions including Business Service Manager and multiple service and process design roles. Prior experience includes serving as Accounts Manager at ekit for a short period and working as a Retail Advisor and Account Manager at other companies such as SWLP and O2 (Telefónica UK). Monzoor's educational background includes attendance at Chestnut Grove from 2001 to 2007, complemented by a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
