Lakeisha Poole is an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur with extensive experience in employment and labor law, co-founding and advising various organizations dedicated to workforce development and cultural dynamics. Currently serving as a Partner at Black Virtual Career Fair, Lakeisha also co-founded and co-hosts the business podcast Culture Is Karma. Previous roles include founding and serving as CEO of Talent Karma and organizing STEM Saturday, which provided STEM education for underserved students in the Bay Area. Lakeisha has held attorney positions at prominent firms such as LKP Legal Services, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, and Heller Ehrman, where expertise in legal counsel for employers was developed. Lakeisha holds a JD from Georgetown University Law Center and a BA in Political Science from UCLA.
