Nicolas Delattin currently serves as Director of Operations at JSR Life Sciences, a position held since January 2021, after previously working as Senior Manager of Production where responsibilities included overseeing the production of recombinant protA resin for the pharmaceutical industry. Prior experience includes a role at Pfizer from March 2015 to December 2020 as Team Leader of Production Support for the Aseptic Syringe Plant, managing maintenance teams and optimizing production lines, and serving as Equipment Supervisor involved in backup supervision and production planning. Additional roles at Pfizer included Project Engineer, overseeing a significant upgrade project. Earlier experience includes a contract as a Pharmaceutical Consultant with QbD, and a postdoctoral researcher position at KU Leuven, where Nicolas Delattin completed a PhD in Bioscience Engineering focusing on antibiofilm compounds.
