Matt Lalonde is an accomplished Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product management roles at JSI since November 2016 and previously at Mitel and prairieFyre Software Inc. While at Mitel, Matt managed the core Contact Center product, ensuring effective communication with multiple internal teams.
