Ralph Speirs currently serves as the main focus for the JSE Schools and University Investment Challenge CSI project at JSE, a position held since November 2009. In addition, Ralph works as a Retail Development Officer, assisting individuals and groups in understanding how to invest in the Stock Exchange. Prior experience includes serving as Thuthuka Co-ordinator in the Accounting Department at the University of Fort Hare from February 2004 to October 2009, where Ralph supported B. Com accounting students with essential life skills such as time management, investing, and public speaking. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Africa, completed from 2004 to 2012, and further studies at the South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM) from 2014 to 2017.
