Elaine Mabiletsa is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in foreign exchange and currency derivatives. Since September 2015, Elaine has served as Manager of Currency Derivatives at JSE, focusing on developing FX business strategies and enhancing client relationships. Prior experience at Absa Group included roles as Vice President of FX Sales and various positions in FX Trading, Product Control, and Support Analysis, where Elaine managed client relationships and ensured effective risk management. Earlier career experience as a Business Consultant at Gijima involved comprehensive project management and cross-functional collaboration. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance and Investments from the University of the Witwatersrand, as well as short courses in Business Administration and Strategic Leadership from esteemed institutions.
