Matt is a Senior Project Engineer for JSD, designing and preparing engineering documents for projects in private and public sector work, including site development, industrial and commercial development plans, and residential subdivisions. Managing a number of project engineers on staff, he ensures the team carries out all tasks related to client projects on everything from site planning, grading and drainage, stormwater management, and construction surveying and documents all the way to the preparation of subdivision and condominium plats, certified survey maps, boundary and topographic surveys and easement documents and exhibits.
