Ravish Thomas holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Paris Junior College. Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager at Highmark Residential since January 2023, Ravish manages over 500 properties and optimizes sourcing methods for talent acquisition. Additionally, since January 2022, Ravish has been a Corporate Recruiter at INSPIRE, managing recruitment for 500+ properties across the USA and executing targeted selection processes. Previous experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager at LG Electronics, overseeing a workforce of 300+, and at Paris Regional Medical Center, managing a team in a 154-bed hospital environment. Notably, Ravish was crowned Mrs. Pakistan World 2020.
