Kathleen Martin is an experienced leader in community building and technology advocacy, currently serving as Chief Community Officer at Advancing Leadership Network since March 2024, where the mission focuses on empowering women in technology through leadership and career development. In addition, Kathleen holds the position of Senior Vice President of Community at JS Group, driving competitive advantages through community initiatives. As a Producer and Co-Host of The Channel CRO Podcast, Kathleen oversees production and fosters engaging discussions.
