Rafael Polendo is an accomplished creative leader with a robust background spanning various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Creative Officer at KAATSU Global, Inc., since January 2024, Rafael ignites the organization's creative vision and leads projects from inception to execution. Previously, as Creative Director at ExchangeRight Real Estate, from July 2016 to December 2023, Rafael directed the innovative representation of multiple brands. Rafael also founded Quoir Publishing, a boutique firm offering comprehensive publishing services, and held roles at Taco Bell as a UX Manager/Web Producer, Bob Siemon Designs as a Designer, and Cal Plate Inc. as a Production Artist. The freelance career began in 1994, during which Rafael provided a wide array of design solutions for diverse clients. Rafael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from Biola University.
