Sheetal Pawar has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and finance. Sheetal started their career at Manas Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Human Resources Specialist, where they were responsible for managing day-to-day operations and assisting with HR, recruitment, and trainings. Sheetal then joined OS2i as an E-Recruitment Specialist, where they provided talent sourcing and recruitment support for clients in the UK, USA, and Middle East. Sheetal achieved high customer satisfaction and turned around a terminated contract into a key contract of the year. Sheetal then worked at ManpowerGroup as a Consultant in the Consumer/Telecom Practice, where they consulted with major telecom and retail clients to help them build on-site and remote workforces. Sheetal created staffing models and recruiting strategies to meet each client's unique requirements. After that, they joined Telenor as an HR Executive, where they played a key role in the successful launch of Uninor's Mumbai location. Sheetal was part of the Pioneer Team that created HR policies and procedures, compensation structures, workforce planning, training, and incentive programs. Sheetal also managed external agency relationships to maintain candidate flow and control costs, and negotiated over 200 compensation. Currently, Sheetal is working at JRF Global as the Lead in Human Resources and Finance. Sheetal single-handedly manages the company's payroll and benefit program and is responsible for the entire employee life cycle. Sheetal works closely with management to ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices.
