Lily Anderson is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner at JR Merit Inc. since November 2023, following a successful tenure at Wells Fargo from August 2016 to October 2023 as a Recruiting Consultant and previously as a Staffing Specialist. At Wells Fargo, Lily was instrumental in consulting leadership teams on talent planning, implementing innovative sourcing strategies, and enhancing HR processes, while also focusing on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Earlier, at Grand Canyon University, Lily coordinated the hiring of over 2,400 student employees and provided career coaching to students. Initial experience included a managerial role at McDonald's Corporation, where hiring processes and team management were key responsibilities. Lily holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Grand Canyon University.
