Deepali Jain is an experienced professional with a strong background in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as an Officer in Grievance, Disciplinary and Monitoring at IOV Registered Valuers Foundation since March 2020, Deepali also holds positions as Chairman of the POSH committee and Member of the PEER REVIEW Board. Prior to this, Deepali was the Company Secretary at Turnaround Corporate Advisors Private Limited, a SEBI registered category-1 Merchant Banking Company, from August 2017 to March 2020. Educational qualifications include a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, along with further studies in Merchant Banking and Securities Intermediaries Compliance from the National Institute of Securities Markets, complemented by a degree from Delhi University.
