Tyler Black currently serves as Manufacturing Manager at JPS Composite Materials since June 2023. Previously, Tyler held various supervisory positions at Schneider Mills, Inc. from May 2019 to May 2023, including Department Manager overseeing the Airjet weaving looms department, as well as serving as Shift Supervisor for both Water jets weaving looms and Cloth grading and inspection departments. Tyler's responsibilities encompassed managing efficiency, quality control, and employee safety across multiple shifts. Additionally, Tyler participated in the Management Trainee Program at Schneider Mills, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the production process. Earlier experience includes a role as Maintenance Supervisor at Pool Patch Pros. Tyler holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Bethel University McKenzie, earned in 2019.
