Carroll Hollingsworth's work experience begins in 1964 when they joined the United States Navy as a 1st Class Communications Cryptologic Technician. Carroll completed various training schools and served in this role until January 1975. In 1989, they co-founded DH Marketing DBA DH Sales Group, where they worked as a Co-Founder until July 2017. In August 2017, they joined JPS as the Vice President of Sales, and their tenure at this company is ongoing.

Carroll Hollingsworth obtained a degree in CPMR from Arizona State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative from MRERF and as an Amateur Radio Operator from the Federal Communications Commission.
