Oscar Alberto Penagos Tabares began their work experience in 2016 as an Auxiliar at Allianz Colombia. In April 2016, they took on this role, which lasted until March 2018. Oscar Alberto then transitioned to the position of Analista de soporte de productos, where they analyzed figures for the Voluntary Pension Fund and competition, generating reports and presentations for the executive committee. Additionally, they managed the SARLAFT and Personal Data Security regulations.

In August 2019, Oscar moved on to become an Analista Senior de Proyectos at Allianz Colombia, a role they still hold. Finally, they are set to become a Project Manager at JPRO Solutions in January 2023, marking their next career move.

Oscar Alberto Penagos Tabares completed their education from 2014 to 2019 at Universidad ECCI, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering.
