Tim Thianthai is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience and digital product design. As the Executive Design Director for Commercial Real Estate Digital at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since August 2018, Tim leads a team of over 20 professionals in creating top-tier digital products for clients. Previously, Tim held various roles at SAP from September 2011 to August 2018, including Vice President and Senior User Experience Designer, where responsibilities included managing design projects, communication with stakeholders, and mentoring junior designers. Tim's early career includes internships focused on market research and architectural drawing. Tim holds a BA in Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University and an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from the California College of the Arts.
