Lois Wong is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in digital marketing delivery, particularly in banking and finance. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Marketing Delivery at First Republic Bank since January 2014, Lois drives the strategic direction and execution of technology solutions across on/offshore teams, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure application stability and implement an automation-first strategy. Previous roles include Director of Digital Marketing Delivery and Development Team Lead at First Republic Bank, where Lois defined technology roadmaps and successfully transitioned teams to Agile methodologies. Earlier work experience includes consulting for Essention Group Inc., senior application development at Fisher Investments, and web development roles at various organizations, including Mercedes-Benz Club of America and TEKsystems. Lois holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and completed a program at The Wharton School.
