Jericho Robert Padua is a data analyst at goLance since January 2022, bringing extensive experience in customer service and team leadership from previous roles at TaskUs, where Jericho held positions as Team Lead, Client Analyst, and Customer Service Representative from February 2017 to December 2021. Prior to TaskUs, Jericho was a Customer Service Representative at Alta Resources for brief periods in 2015 and 2016. Jericho holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2017.
