Hoai Do currently serves as an Associate in Credit Card Risk Strategy at JPMorgan Chase & Co. since August 2022, leading data-driven projects that significantly boost new account acquisitions and enhance technical team efficiencies through complex testing and process optimizations. Prior experience includes a role in External Relations at Passerelles numériques in June 2020 and various positions in student governance at San Diego Mesa College, where involvement included serving on the Student Body President's Cabinet and participating in curriculum and program review committees. Hoai Do holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Analytics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business, as well as an Associate's degree in Business Studies from San Diego Mesa College, and a high school diploma in Physics from Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted-Danang.
