With a career at TD Ameritrade spanning over a decade in various leadership roles, including Director of Executive Development and Senior Manager of Talent Management, Brad has been instrumental in enhancing managerial effectiveness and talent management across the organization. Additionally, Brad holds multiple certifications in coaching and assessments and has a strong educational background including executive development from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
