Angela Fabus is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and finance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Heitman since July 2022, Angela previously held the position of Director of Real Estate Investment Strategies at Lument for six months in 2022. Angela's career includes over a decade at NXT Capital, where the role of Director in Real Estate Finance, Closing and Legal was undertaken from December 2010 to January 2022. Earlier roles include Vice President at both Wells Fargo Bank (2008-2010) and Merrill Lynch Capital (2003-2008). Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law.
