Stephen Rudolph is an experienced construction and project management professional currently serving as an Assistant Project Manager at JPC Group, Inc. since February 2020. Prior to this role, Stephen worked at the Philadelphia Water Department as a Construction Project Technician II from February 2017 to February 2020 and served as a Project Assistant at Ap Construction Group Inc. from May 2015 to February 2017. Stephen obtained a degree from Penn State University, completing studies from 2012 to 2018.
