Thomas Grasser currently serves as the Head of Validation Engineering Seatbelt Europe and Head of Application Engineering at Joyson Safety Systems, overseeing a team of 20 engineers and focusing on the application of seatbelt systems for leading OEMs since August 2018. Prior to this role, Thomas worked at Takata from October 2000 to August 2018, where positions included Teamleader of Buckles and Linear Devices Seatbelt, Teamleader Application Engineers, Application Engineer for major automotive brands, and Test Engineer, engaging closely with development teams in Japan and managing the implementation and qualification of various seatbelt products.
