Steve Parrish is a highly experienced engineering professional with a focus on airbag inflator design and development. Currently serving as Sr Engineering Manager at Joyson Safety Systems since March 2018, Steve leads a team of engineers and technicians following the acquisition of Key Safety Systems. Prior to this role, Steve held multiple positions at Key Safety Systems from January 2003 to March 2018, including Engineering Manager overseeing inflator applications in North America and Europe, and Program Manager managing global inflator programs. Earlier experience includes various roles at Breed Technologies, where the company experienced significant sales growth, and as a Product Engineer at General Motors, where Steve developed steering systems and achieved three promotions. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
