Nitin Kumar Sharma is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in testing and validation. Currently serving as Engineering Manager - Testing at Joyson Safety Systems since April 2022, Nitin previously held the position of Deputy Manager at BorgWarner Inc., where responsibilities included heading the testing and validation lab alongside the Proto Lab from August 2017 to April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Engineer at AVL INDIA Pvt Ltd, providing technical support for emissions testing and engine test beds, and earlier positions at SPA Associates Pvt Ltd and Sammi Sound Tech India Pvt. Ltd, focusing on quality assurance and troubleshooting. Nitin holds a B.Tech degree in Electronics and Communication from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, completed in 2008.
