Joseph Adamos is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various legal and compliance roles, currently serving as the Legal and Compliance Senior Manager at Joyson Safety Systems since January 2023. Prior to this, Joseph held positions as Senior Manager - Legal at Negros Island Biomass Holdings Inc., Legal Counsel at Bahay Financial Services Inc., Head of Legal and HR at Hodreal Holdings, and Associate General Counsel at Actimed Inc. Joseph’s expertise encompasses contracts and transactional documentation, legal research, regulatory compliance, and representation before government agencies and courts. Joseph also has significant experience in corporate secretarial responsibilities and managing external counsel.
