Ryan Poulin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ryan began their career in 2009 as a Sales/Service Manager at Firestone Complete Auto Care. In 2012, they worked as a Construction Equipment Service Coordinator at C.N. Wood Co., Inc. Ryan then joined CarGurus in 2013, where they held multiple roles, starting as a Senior Account Executive, then progressing to Sales Director-National Accounts and eventually becoming the Manager-National Accounts. In 2022, they moved to AutoReturn as the VP of Sales until 2023. Currently, Ryan is the VP of Sales at Joyride Autos.

Ryan Poulin attended the University of New Hampshire from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has earned several certifications from LinkedIn. In May 2020, they completed certifications in Communication Foundations, Consulting Foundations: The Concept of Value, and Transitioning from Manager to Leader. In April 2020, they obtained certifications in Asking Great Sales Questions, Cross-Selling, Leading Yourself, Making Great Sales Presentations, and Sales: Closing Strategies.
