Rishad Mustafaev started their work experience in 2014 as an Android Developer at headmade.pro, where they were involved in the design and development of six applications. Rishad also contributed to concept development, UI design, technology research, and provided mentorship and code review.

In 2015, Rishad joined BARS-group as an Android Developer, where they focused on developing and supporting Android applications in the medical and education sectors.
