Alli Cavasino began their work experience in 2013 as an Associate at Fortuna Advisors LLC, where they worked until 2017. During their time there, they advanced to the role of Senior Associate. In 2017, Cavasino transitioned to United Rentals, starting as a Senior Analyst in the Strategy department. Alli later became the Manager of Strategy in 2021 and held this position until 2022. In March 2022, Cavasino became the Co-Founder and CEO of JoyLet.

Alli Cavasino completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business between 2019 and 2022. Prior to that, Cavasino earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Finance from American University's Kogod School of Business. Additionally, Cavasino studied International Finance and the Economics of Organized Crime at Università degli studi Roma TRE, although the specific degree obtained is not specified.
