Shailesh Fernandes, MBA, CFE, currently serves as the Head of Risk Control & Fraud Prevention at Joyalukkas Exchange since February 2024. Previously, Shailesh held the position of Senior Manager - Risk Control & Fraud Prevention at Al Fardan Exchange L.L.C. from December 2014 to March 2024. Shailesh holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking from Sikkim Manipal University, completed through distance education from 2008 to 2010, and a Bachelor of Business Management from St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University), obtained from 1995 to 1997.
